About Angela Hall, DC
I’ve been in clinical practice for over two decades.
For much of that time, I was very good at helping people push through pain.
But what I kept seeing — again and again — was something deeper than symptoms:
Smart, capable people whose bodies were working far too hard just to get through the day.
Chronic fatigue. Persistent tension.
A nervous system that never quite stood down — even when “everything looked fine.”
That’s when my work changed.
I no longer see fatigue as a lack of discipline or resilience.
I see it as a system that has been spending too much energy on protection — bracing, holding, staying alert — and not enough on restoration and clarity.
My work is now rooted in the NeuroFascial Flow Method® (NFFM) and the principles of salutogenesis — the science of how health and capacity are built, not just how symptoms are managed.
This lens recognizes the body as intelligent and adaptive — even when it’s exhausted.
Care becomes less about fixing and more about restoring safety, improving communication through the fascia and nervous system, and allowing the body to reorganize without force.
When the system no longer has to hold everything together, energy returns.
Not through effort. Through coherence.
This is the foundation of The Unwinding — a structured 12-week process for people who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start building sustainable capacity instead.
My role isn’t to override or correct your body.
It’s to help create the conditions where it can stop working overtime — and begin supporting you again.
