About Angela Hall, DC

I’ve been in clinical practice for over two decades.

For much of that time, I was very good at helping people push through pain.

But what I kept seeing — again and again — was something deeper than symptoms:

Smart, capable people whose bodies were working far too hard just to get through the day.

Chronic fatigue. Persistent tension.

A nervous system that never quite stood down — even when “everything looked fine.”

That’s when my work changed.

I no longer see fatigue as a lack of discipline or resilience.
I see it as a system that has been spending too much energy on protection — bracing, holding, staying alert — and not enough on restoration and clarity.

My work is now rooted in the NeuroFascial Flow Method® (NFFM) and the principles of salutogenesis — the science of how health and capacity are built, not just how symptoms are managed.

This lens recognizes the body as intelligent and adaptive — even when it’s exhausted.

Care becomes less about fixing and more about restoring safety, improving communication through the fascia and nervous system, and allowing the body to reorganize without force.

When the system no longer has to hold everything together, energy returns.
Not through effort. Through coherence.

This is the foundation of The Unwinding — a structured 12-week process for people who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start building sustainable capacity instead.

My role isn’t to override or correct your body.

It’s to help create the conditions where it can stop working overtime — and begin supporting you again.

Credentials & Approach

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
NeuroFascial Flow Method® Certified (NFFM-C)
Over 20 years of clinical experience

Focused on nervous system regulation, fascial continuity, and sustainable change.

Care is delivered through a sequenced container rather than isolated visits — designed to support long-term regulation, not short-term relief.

You’re not tired because you’re broken.

You’re tired because your body has been working overtime to protect you.

Pain. Fatigue. Tension. Brain fog. Irritability.
That constant feeling of “I can’t catch up.”

These aren’t character flaws.

They’re signs your system has been in protection mode for too long.

And protection mode is expensive.

It consumes energy that should be available for clarity, strength, and resilience.

The Unwinding helps your system step out of bracing — so that energy can shift from surviving to building capacity.

What Is The Unwinding?

The Unwinding is a structured 12-week process that combines gentle, hands-on care with guided at-home practices. It’s designed to help your nervous system and fascia release protective tension, rebuild capacity, and support change that actually holds.

No forcing. No rushing. No “push through it.”

This isn’t about chasing symptoms.

It’s about restoring safety in your system — so your body can finally exhale and start using its energy for living, not just coping.

Who This Is Not For

The Unwinding may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a single visit to “fix” something quickly

  • You prefer high-force adjustments or deep tissue intensity

  • You want a fully passive experience with no personal engagement

  • You aren’t able to commit to a consistent rhythm of care over time

This work is deliberate. It builds capacity gradually.

If you’re unsure, we’ll talk it through and decide together.

Who The Unwinding Is For

The Unwinding is for you if:

  • You feel tired more often than you feel energized — even when you’re “doing everything right.”

  • Your body feels tense, guarded, or quietly on edge, even when life looks fine on paper.

  • You’re thoughtful and capable… but you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.

  • You want care that’s gentle and intelligent — not intense, aggressive, or performative.

The Three Pillars of The Unwinding

Restore Safety

When the body senses safety, it no longer has to brace. This is where healing begins.

Reduce Bracing

As safety builds, protective tension can soften. Patterns of guarding begin to unwind.

Rebuild Energy

When less energy is spent on protection, more becomes available for daily life.

What’s Included

The Unwinding is a structured 12-week care container.

The value isn’t in a single visit — it’s in the sequence, the rhythm, and the way your system adapts when it’s consistently supported.

Inside The Unwinding, you’ll receive:

  • A 12-week guided arc, moving from foundational regulation to full-body integration

  • Gentle, low-force care paced to your nervous system’s readiness

  • Access to a guided at-home portal with short videos, self-checks, and prompts

  • Simple micro-practices to support regulation between visits

  • A clear, sequenced structure that helps your system build trust over time

You don’t need to work harder.

You need a process your body can relax into.

The 12-Week Progression

The Unwinding follows a deliberate, bottom-up sequence — building stability at the foundation before moving upward into integration.

Weeks 1–2: Feet + calves (grounding and foundational support)
Weeks 3–4: Legs + hips / psoas (stability and load transfer)
Weeks 5–6: Pelvis + core (center and energy organization)
Weeks 7–8: Ribs + breath (expansion and regulation)
Weeks 9–10: Arms + shoulders (load and release)
Weeks 11–12: Neck + head (relief and clarity)

This isn’t random.

It reflects how protective tension unwinds most sustainably                     - from stability first, not from force.

How It Works (Without the Overwhelm)

Each visit follows the same deliberate rhythm:

Safety → Softening → Change → Safety → Integration

This structure allows change to occur without triggering backlash.

Results compound not because we do more —
but because your nervous system begins to trust the sequence.

And trust reduces bracing.

What to Expect

Care here is gentle and unhurried — guided by how your body responds in real time, not by a preset routine.

Some visits are quiet.
Others involve light, specific contact.

Every visit is paced so your nervous system has time to process and integrate between appointments.

What you won’t experience:

You won’t be rushed.
You won’t be cracked or forced.
And you won’t be asked to override what your body is telling you.

FAQs

How long are visits?

Appointments follow a consistent weekly rhythm and are designed to be focused and regulated — not long, draining sessions.

The goal is sustainable change that holds, not intensity that overwhelms.

Is this chiropractic?

Yes — The Unwinding is rooted in my professional training as a chiropractor and structured around the NeuroFascial Flow Method®.

It integrates low-force adjustments with nervous system regulation and fascial work to support sustainable change.

Does it hurt?

No. This work is gentle and safety-led.

We don’t force tissue, push through resistance, or overwhelm your system.

What if I feel tired afterward?

That can happen — especially if your system has been running in overdrive.

Fatigue afterward is often a sign that your body is reallocating energy from protection toward regulation.

Care is paced intentionally to support integration without backlash.

Do I have to do homework?

You’ll have access to simple guided practices between visits.

They’re designed to support consistency — not performance.

Can I do this if I’m not a current chiropractic patient?

Yes. The Unwinding is a stand-alone 12-week care container.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

That’s normal.

If you’re curious, we’ll talk it through clearly — with no pressure and no obligation.
